Customized products
Unfortunately, we don’t do customized products but here we are, happy and willing to help you with any of our products that probably can fix at your beautiful home
I need an invoice for my order
If you need the invoice of your order, just send an email to [email protected] with your tax data and will send it to you as soon as possible.
Production time

In Optimo all our pieces are handmade by our artisans, so each product is unique and has a specific process. For that reason, the time to have ready your order is between 10-15 working days, with this time we guarantee the best quality and the best finish touch for any of our products.

But we have some exceptions, we have some products already in stock and we can send them in 2-3 working days. These products you can find them in the section 48 HOURS PRODUCTS.

Shipping methods

Standard service

By one person, without an appointment. Both at the time of collection of the goods and prior to delivery of the product (generally the day before) you will receive a warning message. This is not by appointment so we recommend that you choose the delivery point depending on either your physical availability or a trusted person who will be at the delivery point.

The delivery will be made at street level, that is, at your door or at the main door of the building. Once the first message confirming the collection of the goods has been received at the craftsman's workshop, the delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours, depending on the location (+24h for the Balearic Islands and, for the Canary Islands, a minimum of 10 working days in total).

Bulky goods

To guarantee that your order will arrive in the best conditions, certain bulky products require delivery on pallets (i.e. they are insured on a wooden pallet for easy transport). Delivery will be made at street level by the carrier, who will not be responsible for collecting the pallet, this is because the pallet is considered part of the packaging of the product delivered.

If you do not have the means to place the product inside your home, we recommend contracting the Premium Service (currently available only for deliveries to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands).

Premium Service

The product will be delivered right to the room you choose, and two specialized operators will move the goods there. You must previously arrange a time slot (usually two hours). Approximately 15 to 20 minutes before the carrier will call you to confirm availability. The delivery time is slightly longer than a standard delivery (24 to 48 hours more than usual) * service available only for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

To change the delivery date
If you want the delivery date of your order to be later than the indicated time of 10-15 working days, send us an email to [email protected] and we will gladly schedule it as it suits you!
My order is not yet ready

The time of production of all our products is between 10-15 working days, because all the pieces are handmade and made from zero.

From Optimo we will send you a follow-up email with the different steps of the process, so more than likely, your order is working with normality and our artisans are working hard to send your order as soon as possible to your home.

Reemplazos
Sabemos que a veces las cosas no salen como uno pensaría y, por cualquier motivo, necesitas devolver un pedido. Esperamos que no nos lo tengas en cuenta, ponemos todo nuestro amor y cuidado en cada pedido :) Se permite cualquier cambio o reembolso por cualquier motivo personal dentro de los 14 días siguientes a partir de la fecha en que lo recibes. En caso de que el reembolso sea por cualquier otro motivo, no personal, los productos Óptimo tienen garantía de por vida. Solo tendrás que rellenar el formulario, en él deberás adjuntar fotografías del estado del producto y de su paquete, que esté bien embalado ya sea con el embalaje original o con cualquier otro que puedas tener. Para nosotros es importante poder organizar la recogida con la empresa de transporte, y que vuelva al taller tal y como te llegó. Nuestros artesanos harán el nuevo producto y en cuanto esté listo te lo enviaremos. ¡El mismo día que recibas el nuevo producto, deberás entregar el que tienes al repartidor si estás en España o Portugal! Si te encuentras en otro lugar, no te preocupes, desde aquí organizaremos la recogida con la empresa de transporte. En caso de que aún no lo hayas recibido, envía un correo electrónico a [email protected], ¡y haremos todo lo posible! Es muy importante que compruebes el estado del embalaje antes de abrirlo. Si llega dañado, necesitamos que nos envíes una foto del mismo para que podamos proceder a gestionar la incidencia si es necesario.
Óptimo durante el COVID-19

Debido a la situación actual que estamos viviendo debido al Coronavirus (COVID-19), desde Óptimo hemos tomado todas las medidas posibles con el objetivo de cumplir con los consejos del gobierno y tratar de ser lo más responsables posible con nuestras acciones para no complicar ni empeorar la situación. Las medidas que hemos decidido aplicar son las siguientes:

  • A partir del 11 de marzo de 2020, todos nuestros Óptimers están trabajando desde casa. La salud de los trabajadores que hacen posible todo este proyecto prima por encima de todo.
  • Toda nuestra red de artesanos locales está siguiendo protocolos de prevención de posibles infecciones virales desde el 11 de marzo. En caso de alto riesgo, deben cerrar el taller.
  • Si el número de infectados aumenta, la situación empeora o las medidas de seguridad recomendadas por el Gobierno de España son más contundentes, no dudaremos en detener la actividad comercial.

Nuestro equipo de artesanos sigue trabajando respetando el protocolo de las autoridades y las pautas que se han tomado internamente en Óptimo. Para proteger el equipo, su pedido puede estar experimentando algún retraso en la entrega. Queremos informarte de lo que está sucediendo con tu pedido y decirte que estamos haciendo todo lo posible para actualizar la situación del pedido, pero dada la situación actual, no está siendo fácil. Posiblemente tu pedido estaba a punto de ser enviado, pero debido a que las agencias de transporte han bajado el número de envíos por prevención y también están priorizando el movimiento de suministros médicos, tu pedido se está retrasando. Tan pronto como disminuya el estado de riesgo, aumentará la cantidad de envío y en ese momento, por orden de entrada, se liberarán los paquetes acumulados. Respecto a la entrega de su pedido, todas las empresas de transporte han decidido reducir todo contacto directo. Por lo que es posible que, para evitar cualquier riesgo para todos, no entreguen su pedido en mano. Sabemos que puede ser un contratiempo pero, dadas las circunstancias, es una prioridad mantener la distancia, tanto para ti como para nuestros socios. Todo el equipo de Optimo espera que pueda comprender las decisiones que se han tomado. No nos olvidamos de tu pedido y lo antes posible, sin riesgo, terminaremos su producción con la calidad que te mereces y te lo entregaremos. In addition, we give you the possibility of splitting the payment of your order through the Aplázame payment method, for which it is necessary to have a Spanish ID (- so far! We are working to have this same method for all Optimers worldwide ;)!) where you can select how many fees best suit your needs.

Unavailable product

We know we have really nice products but sometimes they could be unavailable at the time you want them. These products are made by external providers of Optimo, therefore we cannot guarantee the date they are going to be available again

Do you have a physical store?

We have over 300 stores ready to welcome you if ever you are in town. Go to our Store Locator to find your nearest store.

I have not received all the products in the same package
Don’t worry Optimer! Both from Optimo and from the delivery company we try to get all the products of the order delivered in the same delivery. But sometimes, depending on the weight or the sizes, the transport company can organize more than one delivery, normally the next day.
Delivery time

Peninsula and Balearic Islands: We have a 24 hours shipment once your order has been already produced. The delivery company will contact you by email to confirm the delivery date and the tracking number, and in case it doesn’t work for you, it is possible to change it by yourself directly from the confirmation email.

International shipments: For EU shipments take between 4-5 working days. The delivery company will contact you to give you all the details and the tracking number, so you can follow up on the shipment.

How can I track my order?
Once the order has been sent from our workshop to your place, you can check the status with the tracking number. The transport company will send you an email with all the information available to check the shipment. If you have not received the email, please check the Spam box, because as is sent as an automatic email, sometimes they go directly to Spam.
